Bayt Al- Hikma (House of Wisdom) Participates in an Awareness Seminar on Combating Extremism within Institutions
Bayt Al- Hikma, represented by its Security Clearance Office, participated on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in the awareness seminar titled "Activating the Role of Security Clearance Offices in Combating the Phenomenon of Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism within State Institutions." The seminar was organized by the Ministry of Oil in cooperation with the National Security Advisory, with the participation of a number of security clearance officials from governmental institutions.
The seminar aimed to activate the role of security clearance offices in combating the phenomenon of violent extremism leading to terrorism within state departments and institutions, in accordance with the national mechanisms and procedures approved by the National Security Advisory. This includes raising awareness and educating state employees about the danger of this phenomenon.
The seminar also focused on the importance of security clearance offices within institutions, as they are considered a national tool for protecting institutions. It emphasized the necessity of concerted efforts to fortify institutions against intellectual extremism and address it through various approved methods and programs, in line with the National Strategy for Combating Extremism Leading to Terrorism.
